100 facts about me ~ the second 50

...had enough of me yet? Ha ha. Here's even more!!!

51. I could live with never ever having to put on a swimsuit again in my life. I actually went from 2002 til about 2008 without putting one on. It was nice. Sigh.

52. Jimmy and I once painted a whole stinking house...think about 2800 square feet. When I showed up to start painting, I was pumped and was wearing a super cool do-rag and had my paintbrush all ready. Um, yeah, my assignment was to putty where the trim had been hung and then sand all that junk. It took us forty freaking forevers and I thought I was gonna kill myself or someone else by the end of that project. I finally was bad enough that I got fired :) It took me going wild with the paintbrush when UA was whooping UF and Prothro got hurt. I will NEVER paint a whole house again. EVER.

53. Speaking of football, I am such a dude when it comes to football. I try at all costs to watch/listen to EVERY Alabama football game. If UA isn't playing, I'm gonna be watching some SEC football somehow! I was really distraught that W's Bday party this year was during UA vs. So Carolina. I thought about changing the party time...

54. I don't really like attending football games. Sure, the ambiance is cool, but I can't see far away and I like to sip diet cokes at my house and pee pee in my own potty during the game.

55. I make up songs...a lot. So does my husband. Ha ha.

56. I dance....a lot.

57. I sold houses for a while. It was during the time that the housing market was crazy booming. I'm a pathetic salesperson. My thought is, 'well, if you like it, you like it, if you don't, you don't'. I'm not about begging anyone. I pretty much cruised around in my hooptie Land Rover and drank Diet Cokes and sung songs on CDs that I had burned and made crazy money.

58. We have taken Dubya, the wonder lab, to the beach twice. I hope we can do it again. He loved it!

59. I think that "Freebird" may be one of the best songs ever written. Here's my reasoning: it's slow and makes you a little nostalgic, then it gets all happy and wild. The guitar is killer. Honestly, call me Red, but I just heart Skynyrd.

60. I have had several wrecks. I drove a Nissan 240 SX during the most of these...it held up pretty well. My most pathetic wreck occurred when I drove through a flood. Yeah, don't judge. I thought since my then-boyfriend's 4x4 went through without a problem that I'd be good too. So...in the meantime, I made it through the flooded area, but I kept hearing a strange sound on the way home. My passengers kept asking me what the noise was...I brushed it off as an airplane...until one of them mentioned that airplanes don't follow cars and that the floorboard of the backseat was wet. Upon arriving home, my Dad checked it out and I heard him say a curse word for the first time. I can't say I blame him...I drug a 6 foot railroad tie under my car for about 10 miles. Oops.

61. I hate gory movies and haunted houses.

62. I have a deep seeded desire to be an actress. I know y'all are surprised because I'm so not animated.

63. I wish that Judgment Houses were still cool & that I could get to play the "bad girl" and not the good little friend.

64. I wish that they had adult proms.

65. I have never been camping. Like for real, in a tent, roughing it, camping :(

66. I had a pager my senior year of college that Jimmy bought me that I hid in my closet and never, ever told a soul about because I was humiliated. I NEVER EVER USED IT!!! Promise. I have seriously just laughed out loud thinking about it.

67. I am running my very first half marathon in Nashville, TN in April! Eek!

68. I am okay with the death of people, but I cannot handle any cruelty to animals or death of animals or hearing about it in any way, shape, form, or fashion. It breaks me.

69. My Math skills are sub-par and I have the reading/listening comprehension of a flea. Re-reading a book or a paragraph is like Groundhog's Day.

70. I do not speak very eloquently. I get too caught up in if the person/people that I am talking to are judging me and thinking bad things about me. Can't I just write everyone notes or emails, or essays? I'm much better at that...and I promise it will make you consider me much more intelligent.

71. I regret not practicing the piano when I was taking lessons & I regret giving it up.

72. I loved "Pop Up Video" on VH1 and miss it terribly.

73. My husband thinks that I am Autistic when it comes to music. I have this sick way of knowing every single song that comes on the radio, even if it's a string quartet version of a rock song. He tries to beat me at our made up game when we travel that is called "Who Knows the Most Songs?". I have ALWAYS prevailed and he ends up giving up.

74. I wanted to be on Double Dare or Guts when I was in elementary school.

75. I hate clowns and monkeys.

76. If something doesn't come easily to me, I give up. Challenges frustrate me. I don't like a learning curve. I want to be number one from the get go. Getting there sucks.

77. I have never been on a girls only vacation that was planned as adults. Guess no one loves me enough. Hmm...

78. My mom makes the best egg custard in the world. My husband thinks it's disgusting, but I think egg custard is the bomb!!!

79. I think green is amazing. It's my favorite color, and actually, I am contemplating next time we have a need for trim painting, I think it might be green. It makes me so happy!

80. I think that Oprah could quite possibly be the Anti-Christ. I used to love her, but now she's just a big ole lib who doesn't like white people. Just sayin'.

81. I am still terrified of the theme music to the show "Unsolved Mysteries" and won't watch it because the music creeps me out so much.

82. I've seen EVERY episode of the old show "Rescue 911". Don't hate...appreciate!

83. Sometimes, I want to re-read every Judy Blume and Beverly Cleary book because they were such a great part of my childhood. My parents wanted to knock me out because I had a book under my nose everywhere I went...especially during breakfast and while I was getting ready in the morning. Sorry, y'all....but I love reading!

84. I always dreamed of getting married barefooted or in white Birkenstocks (told y'all I had a little Hippy in me)...but then I met a guy who is about 6'2''-6'3'', so I got married in platforms :)

85. One of my BFF was killed in a car accident in 1998 :( ~ Love you forever, Kim!

86. I like the smell of the bovie (my nurse friends will know what this means) - I know it's gross!

87. I was a vegetarian for a little over 5 years. When I was 8 weeks pregnant, we were driving down the Parkway & Jimmy asked me what I wanted to eat and I said, "Wendy's". He said, "what in the world are you going to get there?". I said "a single with cheese"...and the rest is a meat-filled history.

88. I was voted Sweetest in my Senior Class in high school. I know y'all are shocked ;)

89. I always sing in the car. I don't care if you catch me. Whatev. Everyone does it. I'm not ashamed. Yeah, sometimes I move my hand around in a Christina Aguilera fashion.

90. My house usually smells like pumpkin or something similar year round. I dislike summer and spring scents.

91. I have an obsession with Patagonia pullovers. I have to physically stop myself from purchasing them.

92. I think the people at the mall giving out chicken are annoying. I wish they would take that extra chicken and serve it at the Rescue Mission for people who actually need it. They've only saved me one time...and really, I could've waited. They are like stinkin' stalkers.

93. I never, ever think that I am good enough.

94. I don't think that I personally have truly ever led anyone to Christ. I'm determined to change that in 2011.

95. I do not have a television or a dvd player in my bedroom. Sometimes this makes me sad. Okay...a lot of times, this makes me sad.

96. I don't have any cavities and have never had one :)

97. My favorite sound is my daughter's laughter.

98. I am terrible at putting on makeup.

You are God's precious child and I trust that you are going to experience Him in the next few months like never before. I am pumped to get to know you. We just ate pumpkin muffins for breakfast.
