Hi folks :) Not that I'm ignoring the blog, but we're just doing the mundane. Day in & day out. Not complaining...beats the alternative! Working, being Mommy, trying to get my duke out of the house & run a little so I can get rid of a roll or two & trying to learn to cook. Anyone got any fun recipes to share? Easy ones, please, would be greatly appreciated :) I'm chatting like there's 100 people clamoring to read my blog. Ha ha.
Maybe I'll have something fun & exciting to write about soon. Shout out to my good friend Beth who is leaving this week to deliver babies of the stars at Cedars-Sinai in LA (yeah, Matt Damon & his wife are expecting again!) I'm gonna miss you sista - but know you better come back here & deliver babies of the REAL stars...the residents of North Alabama :) Muah.
Second shout out of the blog goes to my good buddy Shari who straight up ROCKED a marathon in Cincinatti this weekend - might I mention (in case she doesn't) that she ran a personal best AND qualified to run the Boston Marathon! Which is a HUGE deal from what I understand. I barely can even qualify to run to the potty! Ha! I hope she lays on the couch for 2 days straight & eats yummy food until she is just about to explode. So deserves it!

I have a easy recipe for you! Buy Some whole grain hogi rolls and split them in half use some low sodium sauce to put on them and some Turkey peperonie and then top it off with lowfat moz cheese and you have a great low calorie Pizza bread!! YUM! Its me Nancy Bradford I just could not figure out how to post it LOL!!
